Prefer degree in Social/Human Services and work experience with preschool children and families; related degree or SSCBT or equivalent certification and relevant work experience; High School diploma or GED required.  Responsible for recruiting children, home visits, completing applications according to federal guidelines; utilizing existing community resources in meeting families’ physical and financial needs; assist parents in setting goals and working toward self-sufficiency.   • Delegate/assists preparation of and cleaning of congregate dining area.

  • Drives and delivers meals to the homes of all SNP home delivered meal participants on specified route as needed.
