Job Description: Under the direction of the center teacher, the Child Care Aide/ Special Service Assistant will assist in carrying out all educational, developmentally appropriate activities for preschool children and  provide supervision of children in the classroom, the playground, and on field trips.  Will assist in the delivery of the Program services to children with disabilities and their families.  Will provide input on children and families needs and progress; compile information; and complete records and reports.   Will assist the teacher in the develop of lesson plans from the goals of children with disabilities.

Education/Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or certification in education, computer technology or related field preferred with appropriate knowledge and sensitivity to rural and/or Hispanic cultures. Related experience may be substituted for educational requirements. A minimum of two years experience in educational and/or group and individual counseling with similar target groups. Experience in outreach and recruitment of similar groups and in designing/modifying existing educational curricula and materials to meet unique learning needs of individuals residing in distressed regions. Job Title: Construction Trainer

Job Description: Teaches participants skills necessary to construct a house. Provides supportive guidance and encourages development of participant leadership skills. Coordinates with Habitat for Humanity (site owners) on construction of project. Teaches carpentry skills to participants including  rough framing, roofing, dry wall and finish carpentry. Teaches the proper use and handling of all hand tools, power tools and equipment. Completes job reports daily, accident, tool checklist, job attendance, change orders and back charge documentation. Submits reports to supervisor. Is responsible for safety at worksite.

Education/Experience Qualifications: High School diploma preferred with good math skills. Five years experience in all aspects of single family housing construction. Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Description: Reviews, processes and maintains all data related to accounts payable and accounts payable reports for multiple company organization. Must possess working knowledge of accounting software. Develops a working knowledge of agency accounting procedures and policies concerning the processing of vouchers. Prints and mails 1099 tax forms at end of the year. Prepares all vendor payments and reports in a timely manner. Develops and maintains all vendor and voucher related codes for the AP software. Review and reconciles vendor statements, providing information as necessary to vendors and program staff. Maintains vendor, accounts payable files.

Education/Experience Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience with basic understanding of accounting principles. Computer proficiency with excel speadsheets and 2 years experience with QuickBooks accounting software is a must. Basic internet usage required.
